You understand that your submitted account configuration is final, and once the purchase is complete, no further changes or modifications will be allowed.

You fully accept the risks involved and understand that trading can result in the loss of simulated capital and, in some cases, may reflect poor trading decisions. AXIS bears no responsibility for trading outcomes, and you accept full liability for any actions taken on your account.
You confirm that the one-time subscription fee you are paying is non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes—but is not limited to—failing evaluations, loss of funded status, breaches of terms, or changes in personal or financial circumstances. By completing this transaction, you waive any right to claim or request a refund for this fee.
You agree that you have read and accepted the AXIS Terms & Conditions, which can be found in full at axisfunded.com/terms-of-service. You understand that any failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any trading privileges or profits.
If you are purchasing an instant-funded account, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to follow the instructions provided in your welcome email. This includes completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and signing the Trader Agreement. Access to your instant-funded account will not be granted until these steps are completed in full.
You also acknowledge that if you choose to follow a money manager, you do so at your own discretion. Money managers are independent third parties, and AXIS holds no liability for any trading decisions, losses, or outcomes resulting from copying or mirroring trades from any such manager. Whether you trade independently or under the guidance of a third-party trader, all trading responsibility rests solely with you.
You understand and agree that the capital provided within the AXIS platform is simulated and is used for the sole purpose of evaluating trading skill and discipline. It is not a deposit, and you cannot withdraw the original payment made for your evaluation or instant funded access. The only withdrawals permitted are from profits earned during the live funded stage, which begins either immediately for instant funded accounts or upon successful completion of the evaluation phases for challenge accounts.
